چکیده
Environmentally friendly gases have been widely investigated to replace sulphur hexafluoride (SF6) in compressed gas insulated equipment for the power industry. This work presents experimental investigations on stability of HFO1234ze(E) (hereinafter referred as C 3 H xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2 F xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">4 ) where a unique first breakdown voltage behavior is found AC, DC and lightning impulse (LI) voltages. A splatter dark colored soot observed plane electrode after that followed by consecutive LI breakdowns chopped front. The characteristic stabilizes withstand 50% (U xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">50 calculated using subsequent stabilized data series. consistently different tested materials configurations. difference between U varies significantly due function material electric field uniformity. For AC with comparatively higher discharge energy, series more consistent but significant level formation indicating this main influencing factor effect. Soot identified fluorinated carbon through X-ray diffraction (XRD) photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analyses.

First Passage Time Distribution for Anomalous Diffusion
We study the first passage time (FPT) problem in Levy type of anomalous diffusion. Using the recently formulated fractional Fokker-Planck equation, we obtain an analytic expression for the FPT distribution which, in the large passage time limit, is characterized by a universal power law. Contrasting this power law with the asymptotic FPT distribution from another type of anomalous diffusion exe...
متن کاملDefining Anomalous Behavior for Phase Change Memory
Traditional memory systems based on memory technologies such as DRAM are fast approaching their cost and power limits. Alternative memory technologies such as Phase Change Memory (PCM) are being widely researched as a scalable, costand power-efficient alternative for DRAM. However, a PCM memory cell has a limited endurance of 10− 10 writes, resulting in an ideal lifetime of only a few years whi...
متن کاملBeam Behavior Due to Crab Cavity Breakdown
Crab cavities were installed in KEKB in 2007. The function of the cavity is to tilt the bunch of the beam in the longitudinal direction. But if the RF phase gets out of control, the cavity kicks the beam like a steering magnet. To avoid this unwanted kick, the RF phase must be controlled well. In the beam operation, some disturbances may occur such as a discharge, a quench, etc. When such distu...
